Asia Standard International Group Limited - Stock Code: 0129 ("ASI") is a Hong Kong listed company which is engaged in the property investment and development of commercial, retail and residential properties in Hong Kong and the PRC. Through a listed subsidiary - Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited - Stock Code: 0292 ("ASH"), ASI also indirectly invests and operates four hotels - three in Hong Kong and one in Canada, one travel agency in Hong Kong and two franchised restaurants in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Back to 1984, ASI was founded by Mr. Poon Jing, the Managing Director. In 1991, it was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Our major shareholders include Asia Orient Holdings Limited - Stock Code: 0214 and The Grosvenor Group (a UK property company with global presence headed by the Duke of Westminister).

The Group ASI owns over 1 million square feet attributable area of residential development properties in Hong Kong and a number of commercial properties for leasing purpose.
